Quick Start Guide
Go from zero to a live online store in under 10 minutes.
Create your account
Head to shopvo.io/register and sign up with your email. No credit card required for the 14-day free trial.
- Confirm your email address
- Set your organization name (e.g. your agency or brand name)
- Choose a subscription plan or start the free trial
Create your first store
From the Admin Dashboard, click New Site. Fill in:
- Store name — displayed in the storefront header and browser tab
- Slug — used for the default subdomain (e.g.
mystore.shopvo.io) - Description — optional. Used in SEO meta tags.
After creating the store you will land on the Store Dashboard where you can configure everything. You can add a custom domain later from Settings → Domains.
Add your first product
Navigate to Products → New Product. Fill in the product details:
Name
The product title shown in the storefront.
Description
Rich text description with images and formatting.
Price
Base price in your store's currency.
SKU
Stock-keeping unit for inventory tracking.
Inventory Count
Starting stock level.
Images
Upload one or more product photos.
Category
Assign to a category for filtering.
Tags
Add tags for search and promotions.
Set the product status to Active to make it visible on your storefront. Add variants (size, color, etc.) by going to the Variants tab.
Configure payments
Go to Settings → Payments and enable at least one payment gateway. Shopvo supports Stripe, PayPal, Viva Wallet, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, and Piraeus Bank.
For Stripe: paste your STRIPE_SECRET_KEY and STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY. For PayPal: enter your Client ID and Secret from the PayPal developer dashboard.
Configure shipping
Go to Settings → Shipping. Create a shipping zone (e.g. Worldwide) and add at least one shipping method (e.g. Standard Shipping — $5 flat rate).
Customers will see the available shipping methods for their address at checkout. You can create as many zones and rates as you need.
Publish your store
Once you are happy with your store — products added, payments configured, shipping set up — go to Settings → Status and toggle the store to Live.
Share your storefront URL (yourstore.shopvo.io or your custom domain) and start accepting orders.
